Large Format Heat Presses:
The 931 Triton presses are air operated automatic large format twin station shuttle presses that range in platen sizes up to 4 feet by 8 feet standard and 8 feet by 12 feet custom.
Typical applications include heat transfer printing onto fabrics such as banners & garments, thicker materials such as carpets & mats, rigid goods like tiles & ceramics, as well as woods, sheet metal, plastics, polyester coated synthetics and a vast range of other substrates. Typical processes used are sublimation printing, hot splits, foiling, embossing, laminating, hot-stamping, heat sealing and other applications requiring a massive size heat transfer press.

The MAXI-PRESS is a multipurpose large format manual heat transfer press intended for the imprinting of a vast range of different materials. The MAXI-PRESS provides an oversized platen, production oriented press with teh option of a single loading table or twin shuttle table configuration. It is available two different heater block sizes 32x42 and 44x64. The gas shock counter springs provide a weightless and effortless operation of the press. The Digital Knight state-of-the-art control system accurately regulates all aspects of the electrical functions of the press, freeing the operator for the main goal of material imprinting.
Applications the MAXI-PRESS has perfored flawlessly include: large fabrics, multiple pieces goods, banners, floormats, carpets, mousepads, plastics, sheet metal, tile & other ceramics and much more. The MAXI-PRESS strongly supports sublimation transfer processes, as well as digitally produced transfers, hot and cold peel plastisol transfers and laminating processes.

Small Format Heat Presses:
The 394 Shuttle Press is a high production, twin station heat transfer block sizes: Air Op 16x20 and 20x25.
The DK20SP, DK25SP and DK32AP are air operated automatic table top swing-away heat transfer presses with the benefits of push button operation, fully digital temperature & time control and solid casting design with affordable pricing.
The DK20, DK20A, DK20S and DK25S presses combines a heavy duty solid steel industrial grade pressing framework with accurate and easy to use electronics to provide the operator with the best possible features and equipment needed for today's various heat transfer applications. These machines boasts a lifetime warranty on the heat platen and an unprecedented 3-year warranty on the heat-control electronics.
The DK16, DK16A, DK20, DK20A presses are clamshell models. Fully digital temperature control automatic digital timer and super portable light weight machines DK16 about 83 pounds and DK20 about 103 pounds. Extreme high pressure capability and hardened high-strength pivot points interchangeable tables. Solid steel framework and SuperCoil- Microwinding (trademark) heater technology. The DK3 and DK3D mug presses DK3 is a full wrap-around, handle to handle, top-to-bottom printing mug press up to 5" high and as close as 1/2" from the handle, depending on the mug size and the DK3D has the same features as the DK3 but with a 10" long heater. These mugs presses are fully adjustable, accommodating all cylinderical mugs available on the market. This includes standard 11 oz., 15 oz., 16 oz. mugs, steins and stainless steel travel mugs. The DK3D can press extra tall water bottles, thermoses, travel mugs and more.
The mug presses utilize a state of the art digital control system with an unprecedented 3-year warranty on the heat-control electronics.
